Ok, going to break my own rule a little and provide a brief English pre-amble to each post so at least some of you know what I'm talking about. Plus I fear aiming to write purely in Czech might have been a bit too ambitious to begin with.

I thought it might be useful if each Sunday I jot down the words I've learnt so far (or at least that week).  It should at least show gradual signs of progress.  I've provided their English translation should any of you wish to join my on my quest :-p
