Tim Cook on collaboration

Back in April Apple CEO Tim Cook spoke at the 25th anniversary of the MBA at Duke’s Fuqua Business School.  Of particular note are his views on collaboration.  He talks about the kind of people he wants on board at Apple.  The kind who aren’t at all political.  The kind who can celebrate their achievements privately without worrying about who gets the credit and fame in public.  He wants smart people who hold a wide range of views and have the passion and belief in those views to want to act on them whenever and wherever.

You can see the clip below together with Cook’s thoughts on things such as inspirational leadership and intuition.
