Like most men I always imagined a womans moans during copulation to be a reasonable reflection of her current enjoyment of the deed. Alas new research would suggest that isn’t the case at all.

The researchers draw the ego-denting conclusion that women’s moans and sighs are not an involuntary reaction to male sexual prowess, but a way of exerting influence over their partner’s sexual response.

Basically, the lady would, they suggest, up her moaning to manipulate their partner into ejaculating “under circumstances when the female is, for example, suffering discomfort or pain, boredom, fatigue, or simply does not have enough time for the encounter to last longer.”

Ouch is all I can say.
