For the final lecture in this Christmas series I thought I’d go back to the early days of robotics at the Royal Institute for inspiration.
Back in 2000 Professor Kevin Warwick delivered the Christmas Lecture. He is a pioneer in the robotics world having implanted a silicon chip into his nervous system nearly 20 years ago.
In the following clip, Professor Warwick talks to the University of Staffordshire about the current state of cybernetics, and where the field might be heading.
I hope you enjoy the clip, and have found all of the lectures useful this Christmas.
