Horizon scanning

Through this blog I try and bring together the latest news, research and trends that are affecting the workplace today.  It covers areas such as social, mobile, innovation and collaboration, and attempts to connect the dots between the various aspects of working life to ensure you have the best insights available.  In addition to following this blog, you can also gain access to these insights in a number of other ways.

Executive coaching, mentoring and consulting

The world of social business is changing at a rapid pace, and with your day job it can be hard to keep on top of what is happening, and how it could impact you and your employer.  I can help you to keep up with the trends, and more importantly, help you to understand which of these are important to your organisation, and how you can capitalise on them.

This service can be delivered either face-to-face or remotely via telephone/Skype and can be delivered according to your personal requirements.  If you, or a member of your team, need to keep on top of the latest trends, this service could be for you.

Freelance writing and editing

I write about social business, innovation and collaboration for some of the biggest sites in the field, including Work.com, Social Business News and Social Media Today, and on how organisations should apply social business for sites such as Professional Manager, HRM Today and Business Works.

In addition to short(er) blog posts, I have also written longer documents, whitepapers and reports, with a particular focus on open innovation and the culture of collaboration.  These have ranged from a few thousand words up to over 40,000 words.

I am also an experienced editor on social business related topics, running industry leading blogs such as at DZone.

Knowledge curation

If you wish to provide the latest trends in your industry to your workforce, I have strong expertise in curating the best information into a highly readable format.  I am available to help your organisation set such a facility up and to ensure your employees have the knowledge they need when they need it.

I’d love to hear from you if you feel we can work together in some way, or would like to learn more about what I do.  Drop me a message via the form below.
